Start from the screen where you see the problem

I cannot save the trip

  1. Read the message above the editor.
  2. If another operator holds the edit lock, wait or ask them to finish.
  3. If you lost the lock, select Re-acquire and save.
  4. If the editor reports newer changes, reload the trip and repeat your change.
  5. Check that the trip status allows the edit.

The trip is missing from the catalog

Check that the trip is Published, that Portal Catalog is enabled in Settings, and that catalog visibility is on in the trip’s Portal settings. Pending approval trips never appear in the catalog.

Someone opened a page I thought was private

Review pages and public pages open for anyone with the address. Create a private link for confidential access, and revoke any link sent to the wrong person.

A trip, workspace, or action is missing

  1. Check the organization shown at the top right.
  2. Search All Tours by the exact code, then check Deleted Tours.
  3. Check the trip status. Closed trips are read-only.
  4. Check that your role allows the action.

Travelers cannot join or pay

Check that the trip is Published, Booked, or Confirmed, that Accept join requests for this trip is on, that spots remain, and that the trip has not started. Payment also needs a price and Enable portal payment collection.

Room options are missing

Check that the traveler is on the roster, the residence covers the nights, room types exist, and rooms have been added in the Rooms tab.

Preparation looks out of date

Select Refresh flow, then check the refreshed time before acting.

A flight shows Unverified

Compare the flight number, airports, local times, and dates with the airline schedule and correct the segment.

A staff location is missing

Contact the staff member. Check the segment assignment, the monitoring switch, and the device’s location permission and connectivity.

An email was not received

Open System → Mail History. Check the status and the delivery details. If the address bounced, confirm it with the recipient and send again.

Operations Center says a new version is available

Select Save Tour or finish the current action, then select Update now. Later hides the notice for 30 minutes.

A payment looks wrong

Open the sale in Finance → Sales and read the schedule and Transactions tab. Compare with the provider’s record before contacting the payer.

Asking for help

Include the organization name, trip name and code, the screen, the status shown, what you did, and the time. Remove personal data, links, and credentials from screenshots.
