Better Location Planning, Safer Schedule Changes, and Rich Legal Documents

Operators can choose locations more confidently, coordinate necessary schedule changes, author clearer legal content, and verify today's flights without waiting for a queued refresh.

Location Planning

  • Location search now emphasizes named places, businesses, and venues instead of address-only or generic nearby results.
  • Operators can explore useful places within larger destinations and review richer place details and photos before selecting them.
  • Saved locations preserve clearer address, locality, contact, coordinate, and provider details across planning surfaces.

Trip Schedules

  • Dates, duration, and itinerary-day structure can be changed from Draft through Confirmed, including Pending Approval, Published, and Booked trips.
  • A compact, dismissible warning reminds operators to coordinate changes that could put parties and tracking out of sync.
  • Published, Booked, and Confirmed edits remain accountable. Schedule structure becomes locked when the trip enters In Progress.

Booking Terms And Agreements

  • Organization booking terms, trip-specific terms, and traveler agreements now support safe rich formatting in the existing editor.
  • Collapsible booking terms group chapters by the highest heading level in the document while preserving lower headings inside their parent chapter.
  • Existing numbered plain-text terms remain supported without migration.

Flights And Payments

  • Verifying a flight scheduled for today now performs an immediate live lookup when the retained timetable result is unresolved, instead of making the operator wait for a queued refresh.
  • Future-flight verification keeps its existing asynchronous behavior.
  • Tranzila checkout now uses the provider’s current authenticated handshake flow and server-side API credentials.
