Reusable Trip Templates
- Day templates now preserve reusable text, geography, photos, segment details, and ordering while leaving tour-specific dates and assignments under operator control.
- Trip templates can include or exclude titles, photos, accommodation, flights, and field-staff assignments when they are saved.
- Applying a trip template validates every referenced day and segment before writing and cleans up newly created draft days if a later write fails.
- Template editors make linked days, locations, time zones, photos, and segment previews easier to review without silently changing reused content.
Client Portal Rooms And Upgrades
- Published accommodation and itinerary views identify the included room class when the tour has a valid default room type.
- Room upgrades are synchronized for registered travelers who share a room, so the room is upgraded for everyone or for no one.
- Portal pricing and submission validation reject partial shared-room upgrade selections instead of accepting inconsistent totals.
- Included-room copy is available in every supported portal language.
Payments And Amendments
- Sales amendment actions are clearer and remain available in both compact and expanded payment views.
- Operators receive explicit confirmation before removing an amendment and can review whether active payment requests should be cancelled.
- Edited or removed manual amendments recalculate the sale total, remaining balance, and unpaid schedule while preserving paid amounts.
Clearer People And Audit Labels
- Messages, payment history, join requests, Operations, traveler checklists, DMC confirmations, monitoring, maps, and tour staffing now show recognizable people instead of raw user IDs.
- New audit events store the actor’s event-time display name, while legacy records resolve names without rewriting sealed history.
- When a profile name is unavailable, a verified email label can be used before falling back to a neutral team-member label.
- The dashboard no longer exposes the signed-in user’s raw ID in its identity panel.
Dashboard Focus
- Closed and deleted trips are excluded from dashboard activity and operational summaries while active trips remain visible.
