Trip Content Studio
- Tour editors can now review and edit the trip title, trip description, every day title and description, and day photos in one combined workspace.
- The timeline exposes clear, labeled actions for trip content, locations, breakfast, transfers, return-to-hotel segments, and saving templates.
- AI can generate only missing titles and descriptions, fully regenerate the traveler-facing story, or update one field at a time.
- Full-trip generation uses the complete itinerary and detailed segment information. Single-day generation uses the selected day plus a compact outline of the whole trip.
- AI changes remain a draft until the operator explicitly saves them.
Reliable AI Configuration
- AI model and reasoning choices are now managed per action on the server instead of being exposed as organization-wide user settings.
- Trip content generation uses structured responses, validates completeness, and retries one transient or incomplete response.
- Long-running trip generation has a larger timeout and lightweight request diagnostics so failures can be investigated without exposing itinerary content.
- AI actions now carry estimated credit values for future budgeting. Credits are informational in this release and are not yet enforced.
Private Tour Conversations
- Operators can start an authorized private conversation directly from a tour or the messaging workspace.
- Eligible portal users can open their conversations from the account menu and continue the same thread from the tour workspace.
- Room creation and access checks use the participant’s effective tour identity and reject unauthorized or ambiguous participants.
- Portal messaging copy and navigation are available across all supported languages, including right-to-left layouts.
Preparation Follow-Ups
- Applying Operations, Traveler Checklist, and materials templates reports partial outcomes clearly and can be retried safely.
- Traveler Checklist changes refresh preparation state without turning a successful save into a false failure when a newer calculation already exists.
- Inbound flights remain part of the booking and preparation workflow.
- Destination passport and visa requirements remain intentionally deferred until a reliable provider contract is selected.
Reliability And Usability
- AI actions use one server-owned policy registry for model, reasoning, timeout, and estimated credit metadata.
- Obsolete client-side model selectors and duplicate prompt paths have been removed.
- The trip content editor was verified with a complete 14-day, 97-segment itinerary and preserves generated content as an unsaved draft until approval.
