Operations Reliability

This release improves financial visibility, correction workflows, company organization, and how Ops Center communicates and installs updates.

Financial Status And Projection

  • Operators can review received, due-soon, overdue, and outstanding payment amounts from one financial status view.
  • Monthly projections show expected collection timing without overstating stale payment-schedule rows.
  • Financial totals remain separated by currency.
  • Finance navigation now links directly to the status and projection views.

Traveler And Join-Request Corrections

  • Operators can correct requester and traveler identity information after a join request is submitted.
  • Corrections can update linked traveler, tour, billing-sale, and payment records so operational data remains consistent.
  • Repair actions report which linked records were updated and warn when an existing provider checkout may still contain the previous email address.
  • Ops Center exposes the correction and repair actions from the relevant join-request and traveler workflows.

Partner And Field-Staff Companies

  • Partner and field-staff people can be grouped under organization-owned companies.
  • Operators can create, select, edit, and review company records from the people registry workflows.
  • Company details remain organization-scoped and optional for individual people.

Ops Center Updates

  • Ops Center is installable as a Progressive Web App and detects newly deployed application versions.
  • Operators can choose Update now or defer a normal or urgent update without losing control of the reload timing.
  • Release metadata and service-worker assets use update-safe cache headers.
  • The current bundle version is visible in Ops Center and shared with the PWA release metadata.
  • Bundle versions use compact UTC timestamps so release notes, staging, production, and the visible application identify the same deployment.

Platform Reliability

  • Payment checkout remains capped by the sale’s outstanding balance.
  • Mail processing includes additional worker coverage and consistency safeguards.
  • Production Functions deployments now use the repository’s reliable discovery timeout from the first attempt.
